Order Processing

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customized or made-to-order products require additional production time before dispatch.

Shipping Locations

MK Decor delivers products across Hyderabad and selected cities in India. Delivery availability depends on the product type and the customer’s location.

For locations outside our regular service area, additional shipping charges or delivery timelines may apply.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Ready-to-Ship Products: 3–7 Business Days
Customized Furniture & Interior Products: 2–6 Weeks
Large Interior Projects: Delivery schedule will be shared during project confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated in the quotation before order confirmation.

From time to time, MK Decor may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or specific locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, customers may receive shipping or delivery updates through phone, email, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Delivery & Installation

Certain furniture and interior products may require professional installation.

Our installation team will coordinate a suitable date and time with the customer after the product has been delivered.

Customers are requested to ensure that the installation site is accessible and ready before the scheduled visit.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Transportation or logistics delays
Supplier or manufacturer delays
Public holidays
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Force majeure events

In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the products at the time of delivery.

If any item is found to be damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, it must be reported to MK Decor within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs or videos for verification.
