Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must provide the order details along with photographs or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or made-to-order furniture.
• Customized curtains, blinds, wallpapers, flooring, or décor products.
  Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
• Clearance, sale, or special-order items unless they are damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping or installation charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, MK Decor may offer:

• Replacement of the product.
• Repair of the product.
• Refund, where replacement is not possible.

The resolution will be decided after inspection.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

For customized products, cancellation requests after production has started may not be accepted, and advance payments may be non-refundable.
